Our company supplied the complete prefabricated concrete load-bearing structure for VGP Park Prostějov – Hall C, including joint sealing, grouting of the ceiling panels and the integration of a concealed lightning conductor downpipe. The structure was designed to accommodate the future installation of a photovoltaic power plant with a load-bearing capacity of 30 kg/m² and was accompanied by a structural analysis carried out by a chartered structural engineer. The hall is situated in an industrial estate with excellent transport links to the D46 and D1 motorways, close to Olomouc and Brno.
At the same time, we carried out the assembly of a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame for an industrial hall in Olomouc, in accordance with the production and technical documentation provided by ATELIER 24. The project involved the installation of columns, beams, Spiroll ceiling panels, structural grouting, reinforcement and sealing, as well as finishing works including service openings and surface treatments, all in accordance with BREEAM certification, which sets out strict criteria for the environmental responsibility of commercial buildings.
