The company was founded in 1952 in Prague and has operated under the ŽPSV brand since 1963 – with prestressed concrete sleepers for railway lines becoming a central part of the production programme shortly after the company was founded. Since 2018, we have been part of the international group of companies Moll Rail Europe (LM Moll Rail GmbH & Co. KG) and in 2026 we changed our name to Moll Rail & Precast. As part of this European group, we offer high-quality products manufactured from the finest materials available on the market, ensuring that the infrastructure we build will remain fully functional well into the future.
