Provision of the Website and Hosting
Each time you access our website, our system, i.e. the web server, automatically processes information transmitted to us by your internet browser. We require this data for technical purposes in order to display our website, optimise it, and ensure its stability and security:

Contact Forms and Contact by Email
If you contact us using one of the contact forms provided on our website or by email, we process the data you provide solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry and communicating with you.
Depending on the nature of your enquiry, we process in particular your name, email address or telephone number, as well as the message you submit. Mandatory fields are identified as such and are required in order for us to process your enquiry.
If your enquiry concerns one of our affiliated companies, we will forward it to the appropriate company within our group for further processing.
The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide prompt and direct communication and to process and respond to your enquiry. Where your enquiry is intended to lead to the conclusion or performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR provides an additional legal basis.
We delete your personal data no later than one year after your enquiry has been fully dealt with. Where your enquiry relates to a contractual relationship, we retain your data for the duration of that relationship and for a maximum of ten years thereafter.
Providing your personal data is voluntary. There is no statutory or contractual obligation to provide it. However, without the required information, we may be unable to process your enquiry.
Online Applications
If you apply using the online form on our website or by email, we process the information and documents you provide solely for the purpose of handling your application. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, as processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into an employment contract. We only request information that directly relates to the prospective employment relationship, in accordance with section 30(2) of Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended, and section 12(2) of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., the Employment Act, as amended.
We use HR works GmbH, Waldkircher Straße 28, 79106 Freiburg, Germany, as a data processor to provide the applicant portal. Data entered in the application form is transmitted to our Human Resources department and used solely for the recruitment process.
If you expressly consent in the application form, your application may also be considered for other suitable vacancies within the group or added to a talent pool. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. If you consent to inclusion in the talent pool, we retain your application data for 12 months.
If your application is unsuccessful, your application data will be deleted no later than six months after you are notified of the decision, unless statutory retention obligations apply or you have consented to further retention in the talent pool. Until deletion, we may retain your application data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where this is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If your application is successful, we will transfer your application data to your personnel file to the extent permitted by law.
Providing your personal data is voluntary; there is no statutory or contractual obligation to do so. However, the data is required in order to participate in the recruitment process.
Right to Object to Direct Marketing
Where we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to such processing at any time. Once you have objected, we will no longer use your data for advertising purposes.
