A new three-storey office building, originally designed as a monolithic structure.
By redesigning it from a monolithic structure to a prefabricated one and replacing parts of the walls and ceilings, we not only saved costs but, above all, accelerated the assembly of the entire building by several months. The assembly took place in the very confined conditions of the pharmaceutical company’s premises.
