Swoboda CZ – New Facory in Polná near Jihlava 2019

Floor plan / Floor area: 85 x 145 m and Office space / 10,900 m²
Construction period: March – June 2019

A very significant project in terms of scale for our long-standing partner. It partly of a three-bay structural frame with office space. The building is founded on spread foundations, taking into account the geology of the subsoil. Swoboda CZ has been manufacturing high-precision components for automotive electronics.
