Continuation of the development of a unique logistics complex, which is connected to air, road and rail transport. This connectivity offers future tenants ideal flexibility in the transport of goods and is currently unrivalled in the Czech Republic. Our work followed on from previous phases, the launch of which was marked by a ceremony attended by representatives of the investor and leading regional politicians.
On 20 June 2019, we were honoured to attend the grand opening of Phase I of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park logistics centre.
Following an opening address by Mr Petr Kalina – Managing Director of Concens Investments – we had the opportunity to watch a short video about the entire project and its future completion.
This is a unique project which, in future, will be connected not only to road transport but, in particular, to international air transport and the rail network. There will be a railway siding directly on the site. Once completed, it will be the largest logistics complex of its kind in Central Europe.
ŽPSV supplied the supporting structure for Phase I, which has been officially opened, and we are currently constructing Phase II.
