For this project, we handled the manufacture, transport and installation of the prefabricated steel frame structure, including single-flight staircases with a smooth finish and insulated sandwich panels with polystyrene insulation. This included comprehensive documentation and installation in a single operation from a level surface. We optimised the shapes and cross-sections of the components in accordance with the structural analysis without affecting their structural properties. The structure also included preparations for earthing and the visible grouting of the foundation sills.
An interesting feature was the production of the staircases in an inverted position, which ensured a smooth and aesthetically clean surface without any sharp edges.
