The company ŽPSV s.r.o. is an obliged entity which, in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’), must ensure that reports of possible unlawful conduct (whistleblowing). A whistleblower may submit a report via the company’s internal reporting system, the external reporting system operated by the Ministry of Justice, or, under the conditions laid down by law, by making a public disclosure.
Methods of submitting a report via the internal reporting system:

The company ŽPSV s.r.o. does not preclude the receipt of reports from a person who does not perform work or any other similar activity for the obliged entity pursuant to Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Act.
